There are various types of fasting.


▼ Petit fast (half-day fast): Skip breakfast. That's it. The easiest. And the effect is high. It is also recommended by Dr. Koda. This is a lifelong dietary health method.


▼ One meal a day: It's a methodology recommended by Shunsuke Funase and others. It seems that there are quite a lot of entertainers and athletes who eat one meal a day. I myself have one meal a day and two meals a day. It feels like it's up to the body, but eating three meals makes me feel awkward even if I limit the amount of sugar.


▼ Three-day fasting: This is a method that can be done without consulting a fasting specialist. For about three days, you can make good use of water, natural salt, pickled plums, and miso, and if you are worried, you can take dietary supplements.


▼ Seven-day fasting: It is possible at home, but if you have a weak will, you may have an "accident" such as eating too much when you eat again. It would be nice to do it under the guidance of an expert.


▼ 20-day fasting: This was a normal period in the past fasting therapy, but it seems that modern people are weakened, so it is about 2 weeks.


▼ Water fasting (main fasting): The most classic method. It is done only by replenishing water and salt. It is safer to do it under the administrator even for 7 days.


▼ Enzyme fasting: Performs while supplying only the enzymes necessary for the living body. Many doctors say this is more effective than water fasting. However, enzyme juice is quite sweet and has a lot of sugar, so it is better to dilute it. Water, natural salt, pickled plums, miso, etc. are added to this.


However, please note that fasting = fasting is not a universal treatment.
There is no one-size-fits-all treatment in the first place, and the motif of fasting is that when a wild animal gets injured or sick, it saves physical strength without eating anything.
For example, if you fast to someone who is undernourished, it will get worse.
If you give a negative treatment to a negative person, it will get worse.
You need to be careful not to overestimate fasting, as it makes sense to give positive people negative treatment.
