This is an analysis of data from the February-July 2021 Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) in the United States.

As of July 24, 2021, 130 cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) after vaccination with Ad26.COV2.S have been confirmed in VAERS.

The rate ratio increased in all age groups except 18-29 years.
