Milk 1

Milk 1

One of the most important illusions for modern people is the illusion of "milk" (milk is healthier the more you drink it).

Where did this illusion come from?
This originated from the postwar American occupation policy (I want to establish a bread diet in Japan and sell American wheat).
Miso soup does not go well with bread, so milk is inevitably used for bread.
Also, "milk is a complete food, so it's good for your health" has been incorporated into school meals, but it's all for industry, all for making money, and all for brainwashing Americanized thinking.

Brainwashing "milk = calcium (complete food) = bone (health)" is the basis of modern times, but the conclusion is that this is not correct.
I would like to quote Mr. Akio Shimada, a professor at Miyazaki University.
"Milk is often referred to as a nutritious complete food, but that's a mistake. Even if it's a complete food for calves, no dairy products are needed for adult Japanese who have passed the weaning period."

To be sure, milk is a complete nutritional food for calves (about 50 kg at birth) to become adult cows (400-1000 kg) in just a few years.
What happens when a person eats complete food for this cow?
In a word, it brings "precocious" and "progeria".
Your body grows faster, but you are more susceptible to various illnesses.
Specifically, lactose contained in milk is decomposed by a degrading enzyme called lactase, but in the case of Asians and Africans including Japanese, this lactase is not secreted after the weaning period. ..
"What happens if you continue to drink milk without degrading enzymes? There are already data in the 1960s that not only can the calcium contained in milk not be absorbed, but also the calcium ingested from other foods is excreted from the body. It has been reported to "(Professor Shimada)

In other words, the milk you drank to strengthen your bones has the opposite effect.
It is said that phosphorus (6 times as much as breast milk), which is abundant in milk, is deeply involved in this.
Phosphorus is only an indicator of the acidity of food, so it is easy to understand that it deprives calcium, which is an indicator of alkalinity, and weakens bones.

Japanese people haven't drank milk for a long time.
It has been proven that the more westernized food is, the worse it is for health.
