How can we avoid getting sick?
 
As long as we live in the modern world, we often hear people say that if they knew about social poisons, they would have nothing to eat.
This is true.
That is why I do not worry too much about it, and live my life taking care of the following things.
It is important that we each do as much as we can.
It is also directly related to financial affordability, so it is not good to be overly conscious of it.
 
Avoid food additives as much as possible when buying.
Make an effort to find pesticide-free vegetables.
Consider good pork and good chicken as the main source of meat
For fish, focus on the place of origin and blue fish
Be conscious of eating everything (whole foods)
Avoid sweet foods (sugar, sweeteners)
 
Carefully select seasonings such as salt, vinegar, pepper, oil, soy sauce and miso (these should be free of social toxins as far as possible).
Buy good water products or filter water with a water purifier (don't bother buying expensive water purifiers).
Put a water filter in the shower (equally expensive ones are not necessary).
Use fluoride- and saccharin-free toothpaste.
 
Don't eat junk food such as McNardo's and Lottoria's.
Don't drink juice containing food additives, sweeteners or isomerised sugar
Do not eat food from convenience stores
Don't eat food from chain restaurants.
Do not use microwave ovens as a last resort for warming up food and basically do not use them
Avoid milk and dairy products
Always take care to avoid trans fats.
 
The list goes on and on, and many people may find that even this is not enough at all, but you can start with what you can do.
If you study, you can inevitably decide for yourself how far you want to go.
The most important idea is to know that it is not possible to completely eliminate what comes in, and that it is not just a question of preventing what comes in, but also of how to get the harmful things out (the idea of detoxification).
