This emergency authority, enacted in 1988, can only be activated in "an urgent and dangerous situation where the lives, health and security of the Canadian people are seriously endangered".

It can be exercised by the Federal Government of Canada in preference to the State Government.

Does the legitimate and mild anti-coercion movement of the Canadian people fall into this critical situation?

Rather, a sensible person would be convinced that this emergency authority should be issued to Trudeau.

Canadians aren't just against the compulsion of genetic vaccines.

From vaccine passports to carbon credits (more on that later (^ _−) − ☆) and to stop accelerating to the next stage of central bank digital currency.

Trudeau, following his father's advice, put the rat in these protests and tried to sneak in the Nazi flag and induce violence, but the effect was not good ( It's already out in New Normal (^ _−) − ☆).

The prime ministers of the four states of Alberta, Quebec, Manitoba and Saskatchewan have expressed opposition to the exercise, saying that the exercise of authority under the emergency law is unnecessary. These states have withdrawn mask and genetic vaccine coercion.
