WHAT IS SEXUAL ENERGY TRANSMUTATION?

SEXUAL ENERGY is energy associated with sexual desire; feelings you get in your body that you cannot see but you feel as arousal or turn-on. Sexual energy is what drives much of what we do, how we act, and the choices we make. Bruce Frantzis, author of Taoist Sexual Meditation: Connecting Love, Energy and Spirit says: "Sexual energy is the single most powerful, natural internal force that is readily available to a human being..." Sexual energy is life-energy.

TRANSMUTATION means "the action of changing, or the state of being changed into another form." Basically, it's a fancy word that means "re-purposing". To transmute your sexual energy simply means to give it a new purpose.
