ENERGY UPDATE - Eclipse week

The reset button has been pressed.
Over the next few days, we are going to be experiencing an intense clearing and releasing of old energy as the reset begins to take effect. This can bring up heavy feelings and make you very emotional as your mind begins to reflect upon your life, question your choices and start analysing your relationships or the behaviour of people in your life. You will begin to see things from a new perspective. Old memories may pay a visit leaving your feeling nostalgic or even sad.
The energy now is unstable. You may be feeling energetic one minute and exhausted the next. All chakras are affected. Flow with the waves. Grieve what needs to leave or what has already left. Come into acceptance of your life. Honour all your experiences and your choices, the good and bad. Love yourself. Be kind to yourself.
